Here’s the privacy policy for MER LV Labs apps. Last updated: 08/04/2013.

LazyHusband, LazyWife, LazyKid – iOS
We don’t gather any info on the use of this app.
We use permissions to record audio and store files (the audio) to your local device.
LazyHusband, LazyWife, LazyKid – Android
For debugging purposes, we capture when the app is started and what response is received from the Google Play License Server. We do not capture your recordings or what phrases are entered.
HARDWARE CONTROLS
CHANGE YOUR AUDIO SETTINGS
Allows the app to modify global audio settings such as volume and which speaker is used for output.
NETWORK COMMUNICATION
FULL NETWORK ACCESS
Allows the app to create network sockets and use custom network protocols. The browser and other applications provide means to send data to the internet, so this permission is not required to send data to the internet.
STORAGE
MODIFY OR DELETE THE CONTENTS OF YOUR USB STORAGE MODIFY OR DELETE THE CONTENTS OF YOUR SD CARD
Allows the app to write to the USB storage. Allows the app to write to the SD card.

Bargument
Each time you use the app, you can help populate the Wikifakia site. Your submissions to the site are covered under the Creative Commons 1.0 Universal (Public Domain) license. For each title and “fact” you type into the app and allow us to save, we upload that information to wikifakia.com in order to help populate that wiki. Your submissions are greatly appreciated but are not required. If you do not check the “Submit to Wikifakia?” checkbox, no information is sent to our servers.
